We are primarily a hot forge specialising
in smaller precision forgings. Our facilities are modern and technologically quite
advanced, incorporating induction heating, computer controlled presses and in our fully
equipped toolroom and machine shop we operate CNC machinery and spark erosion techniques.
These facilities allow us to design and manufacture both tooling and completed components
under one roof. We have been in business since 1980, and have exported products successfully into Europe, Great Britain and Israel for over three years. We have recently reached the point where we now export more product than we supply into South Africa. Among our South African customers we are proud include names such as Henred Fruehauf, Jost, Nissan, Samcor (Ford and Mazda) and BMW. Through agents and distributors, our components are supplied to BMW Germany, Peugeot and Renault in France, as well as many after market and non automotive concerns throughout Europe. |
